Tax policy
Tax is based on tax rates for your taxing jurisdiction (derived from the ship-to address being used for your order). Tax is calculated at the unit-level, as some states offer tax exemptions and exceptions for certain apparel items. Tax is also applied to the shipping charges associated to the taxable items in your order. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping of that item, as the shipping charges are nonrefundable once an item has indeed been shipped.
