Checkout
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not complete the order.

Canceling an order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call 905-781-0169 or email info@lbluapparel.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.

Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

Exchanging your purchase
If you are exchanging your unworn garment for another size or style please complete the return/exchange form enclosed with your purchase and return the item to us within 21 days from your purchase date. You will be charged only the cost of re-shipping your items. If you are exchanging a garment due to manufacturing defect please contact us for a return authorization number within 21 days of purchase. We can provide a same size replacement in the same or equivalent style of your choosing.

Returning Your Purchase
You can return your unworn garment(s)for a full refund of the purchase price less the shipping charge within 21 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason. Garments must be in original condition with all labels and tags attached. Please complete the return/exchange form enclosed with your purchase and return along with a copy of your original sales invoice.
